Lyudmila Borisovna Narusova is a Russian politician who is known for being the wife of Anatoly Sobchak and a member of the Federation Council from the Republic of Tuva.
She is also a member of the Presidium of the Central Council of the "A Just Russia" party. Narusova was born in 1951 in Bryansk, Russia.
